What we collect

When you buy still.synth, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and billing information directly — we never see or store your card number. We receive your email address in order to deliver your license key and provide support.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send your license key, purchase receipt, and — if you ask for it — support. We don't sell or share your email with third parties, and we don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

The software itself

still.synth does not phone home, track your usage, or transmit any of your musical data. License activation checks are the only network requests the software makes.

Third parties we use

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting and license infrastructure). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
