still.synth is downloadable software delivered automatically and instantly on payment — see Delivery. Because the product is fully delivered the moment you buy it, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. Please use the demo material and feature list on this site to confirm still.synth is right for you before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will refund or fix, at our discretion, in these specific cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
• Your license key fails to activate and our support team is unable to resolve it.
• The charge was unauthorized or fraudulent.

Chargebacks
